The Golden Ticket programme invited applications from early-stage biotech companies focused on novel drug targets and transformational medicines. After a pitch day, Xterna was announced as the winners of the 5th Golden Ticket competition! This enables us free lab rental and mentorship from Daiichi Sanyko experts.

Team Xterna attended the 2025 Cancer Research Horizons Entrepreneurship awards, and celebrated Jess winning the early career entrepreneur of the year award! Well done to Jess and all the other nominees in this years awards!

Xterna xpands again. We are seeking a research assistant to join our early team! An ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in biochemistry/synthetic biology/cancer research, has hands on lab experience with nucleic acids, and importantly, loves to run a PAGE gel.
